Anita is a graduate of the Department of Political Sciences, a professional journalist and photo
reporter with a particular passion for fitness, which she has practiced for many years. She is a certified
instructor of amateur theater, recreational activity with a specialization in fitness and modern forms of
gymnastics, as well as a nutrition specialist. By participating in numerous training courses and fitness
workshops at IFAA and Reebok University Poland, she regularly improves her qualifications. Anita
follows a healthy lifestyle, sensible diet and every possible form of activity, especially cycling and brisk
walking, and is passionate about the mountains and blues music.
As an instructor, she combines strength and stretching within her favorite classes of Pilates, Vinyasa
yoga, Healthy Spine and Body Ball. She leads all types of group classes and personal training with the
goal of meeting the expectations and satisfaction of clients. During training, Anita primarily focuses on
correct technique in order to guarantee effectiveness and prevent injuries. Her classes ensure fun,
satisfaction and improved fitness regardless of the type of the activities that you will choose.
