Beata is an artist from the Poznan Academy of Fine Arts. In 2010, she became an instructor of physical
recreation based upon Hatha yoga exercises. Her practice began under the guidance of instructors
teaching Iyengar yoga (Yoga Center Adam Bielewicz and Yoga Foksal). She continues her yoga studies
by participating in workshops of excellent teachers. Since September 2008, Beata has also practiced
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
She has extensive experience focused on the body from the workshop of Catherine Pilorz "Connected
Vessels." Topics learned at the workshops, including anatomy and rehabilitation of specific body parts,
are included within her Joga Klub pregnancy classes. Here, the benefit is double. Additionally, the
