Joanna achieved her certification as a Pilates instructor in the Polish Academy of Sport and continues to expand her knowledge at specialized courses and trainings. She completed the “Pilates for Pregnant and Elderly” course and is also taking the course of Matwork Pilates run by Bogna Janik-Forbs in the Open Mind School. She also finished the workshop “Healthy spine and pelvic floor muscles” at the Zdrofit Academy. For her, Pilates is a tool to increase muscle control, flexibility and to develop functional strength and fitness, which are the basis for any sport. Additionally, she regularly practices Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
