Pilates changed my life….everyday habits related to fundamental but simple activities such as how to sit, rest, daily posture and movement. For several years I trained intensively under the supervision of the best instructors and was educated at the Open Mind Pilates Studio. Many years of practice allowed me to deepen awareness of my body and to counteract adverse changes and burdens caused by many hours of work while sitting. I lead classes and take care of my personal practice all the time. I am an enthusiast of sports activities like cycling, running and ice skating. During the classes that I teach, I pay special attention to breathing, proper body position and precision of activities. In my classes you can expect many exercises to strengthen your body and develop coordination.
