Joga Klub is happy to announce the start of morning Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes (Mysore style) where you can practice on your own with the presence of a teacher. Classes will take place 4 days a week; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 to 9:00.
You can join the classes at any time, however, please register in advance. You also don’t need to start at 7:00 but should reserve a minimum of 1 hour for practice. If you are unsure of your development or don’t always remember the exact series of asanas, these classes will also suit you.
Such independent practice provides the opportunity to perform the series at your individual rhythm and space and time to remember the series, focus attention on yourself and your breath, be properly corrected by the teacher and thus not duplicate mistakes or unhealthy habits.
